The weather was beautiful today so our playgroup decided to go to the zoo before the cold weather kicks in. The kids had a great time and of course Isaac fell asleep on the way home. He was having such a great time playing on the playground and seeing the animals.
This morning after the bath I let Isaac run "free" so I could get ready. I came out of the bedroom to see him sitting in the rocking chair drinking his juice and holding his football. He is all BOY!
He called me into his room the other day and I couldn't figure out why he was yelling. So of course I grabbed the camera and he stopped yelling to say cheese.
On Sunday we went up City Creek Canyon with some friends for a wonderful afternoon hike. The leaves were very beautiful even after the rain storms Saturday and Sunday morning. Isaac had fun running up the mountain with Madi and Lauren. He came home and crashed for a 3 hour nap!
Yes, we had to stop to pick up rocks. Most of the time they ended up in his mouth.
I was cleaning out the trunk of my car and found his floaty from the pool this summer. So he wanted me to blow it up and then later on he climbed up on the couch (while still wearing the fish) and asked to watch "Nemo". How can you refuse such a cute face!

Looks like fun. He is such a happy kid. Glad you were able to go to the zoo one last time before the cold weather. We just went as well! I love the fishy pic!
It is so beautiful there! It makes me want to go hiking. It's not as fun when there aren't any mountains around and you're worried about the thousands of snakes.
He is so cute with the fish. & watching Nemo with it...that's adorable!
I'm with Isaac. I already miss the swimming pool. We'll have to find some fun indoor pools for the winter.
You can't resist that face! He's too cute. Looks like we hit the zoo just in time as far as good weather is concerned. Love the rock collecting.
