What a fun weekend!

We had a great weekend and were able to go for a great walk at sunset.

On Friday night we hosted a murder mystery party. It was so much fun. The theme to this party was a 1936 movie premier and we were all actors or directors. It is nice to have the space in our new house!

This is my cute 5 month old trying to sit up. My aunt, Marie, gave her this cute outfit and I had to get some pics of her in it before she outgrew it! She weighs in at 17 lbs. 7 oz on 10/19/09.

And of course Isaac wanted to play in the "new" toy that Sarah has. Little does he remember, he spent a lot of time in there as well!

Some fun photos

Trying to get some pics of the kids together and both of them looking at the camera.
Isaac was the VIP at school on Thursday and he was able to help Ms. Sally all day. He had to choose a special pointer and spell out the month and count the days on the calender. Now we get to count everyday at home so he can use a pointer. It is so funny what the kids think is so much fun.

We had a gorgeous sunset that night too!
And look, this is what happens when Isaac is being very quiet. He found my mascara!

SLC Visit

Isaac and Clara had so much fun together when we flew back home. They really enjoyed watering Grandpa's garden.

My mom saved Isaac's birthday gifts for him to open there. He enjoyed opening his gifts so much he asked every morning after he woke up if there were more presents for him.
Clara's school had a carnival and they had so much fun. Isaac wanted to try the climbing wall. I wanted to get a picture of him actually climbing, but I had to hold on to him the whole time because he doesn't weigh enough and if I had let go he would have gone up to the top!
Macey after enjoying her red snow cone!!!
The big slide. I had to convince him to climb up to the top and then convince him to slide down - but after he did it once - there was no stopping him! He had such a fun time.
The weather was so nice and we headed to the zoo with Laurie, Miles and Leah. The boys had so much fun running around. I couldn't believe how many baby animals were there. We even saw a monkey that was born that morning. The baby elephant was by far the cutest! And of course you don't go to the zoo without a train ride and the merry-go-round ride.

It was so nice to visit all of our friends and we had a great time at our playgroups!!! The airplane ride out was interesting, but once Sarah stopped crying everything was great - including the airplane "pit stop." That's what I get for potty training. The plane ride back to Washington was great because both kids slept the whole way!!! So I might consider doing that again.
