Goosed

We went to feed the ducks, seagulls, geese and any other bird that was at Sugarhouse park with Isaac and some friends. They had stopped to get bread for us to share. The minute you bring out the food the birds swarm you. I am not a big fan of birds so I was hiding behind Gary. After a few minutes I had relaxed and ventured out from behind him and started throwing the bread to the ducks. A couple of seagulls took flight right toward me and of course I ducked and ran. While I then turned into the entertainment the story gets better. After 10 minutes the geese started to come around us and I had several in front of and behind me. My sweet husband decided to pinch me pretending to be a goose and I jumped so high. It was pretty hilarious and he actually felt bad because it scared me. Needless to say I am done feeding the ducks!!!

My little musician

Isaac loves to climb up on to the piano bench and play the piano. He usually does this while Gary is trying to watch TV. His latest thing is to turn the pages of the piano book and sing while he hits some keys. He is so excited and proud of himself. Gary is happy that Isaac likes the piano and he tells me that I get to teach him how to play.

Basketball stand

So I was busy getting ready and just let Isaac roam free and I came out of the bathroom and found him saying "neigh" while sitting on his basketball stand. He was having such a fun time and I was laughing at his cute animal sounds.

Spring time

We had a really nice Easter and the weather was perfect. We spent most of the day going from family to family, but that is what it is all about. Isaac loved the Easter egg hunt and I was surprised at how well he did.

Today is Gary's birthday so we are going to go out for dinner. I am a bad wife and didn't get him anything, but that is okay because yesterday he went out and bought himself a new rifle. I finally caved in and told him he could purchase one. He is really excited about it and can't wait to go target shooting. Happy Birthday Gary!!!

Isaac's New Word

So we were throwing the ball the other night and all of a sudden Isaac shouts out the word 'Nice' It was so funny and since we were laughing at it he kept doing it. Here is a short video.

Finally Healthy

So Isaac has been fighting a stomach virus for over 3 weeks and I think we are finally rid of it. This past week was the worst and he also passed it on to me. So we pretty much stayed on the couch for several days and we have been good since Sunday. He is back to his happy little self and getting into everything again.
