This weekend some of our friends took us on an adventure out of Yakima to show us White Pass - the local ski resort. On the way we stopped at this amazing waterfall. The weather was beautiful and I loved how cool it felt around the waterfall. Unfortunately we could only see it from the top.
After that we headed to the Mount Rainier overlook and of course it was covered in clouds so we are going to have to go there another time. We then stopped at one of the lakes and had dinner and let the kids play in the water.
Isaac spent most of his time throwing rocks and sticks into the water. 
Of course Sarah wanted to join in on the fun and she headed into the water too! She loved splashing in the water and walking around until she fell in. She also loved playing in the dirt. She has the biggest smile on her face.
We had a great time and really enjoyed getting away for the day!
